(Hiroi sekai ya) (kuni naka ni)
(ishi mo tachiki mo) (nai kai na) 8-1

*stones and standing trees are potential people that God will place guidance to help understand the soul to become youki or youboku
(Fushigina) (fushin o) (suru naredo)

to anyone asking, I do not do.
*construction is the path to finding timbers (youki or youboku) to spread God’s teachings of the soul and pure mind, to attain health and happiness. Construction refers to the process of spreading the teachings to save the world.
(Mina dandan to) (sekai kara)

coming and gathering, if it occurs, it will be accomplished.
*youki or timbers will come to our places of worship and this construction will continue

(tokuto kokoro o) (sadame kake) 8-4

(Uchi kara) (suru no ya) (nai hodoni) 8-5

*to purify the mind.
from within, to do, nonexistent although.
*we need God’s help to purify our own mind.
(Musho yatara ni) (sekikomu na)
(mune no uchi yori) (shian seyo) 8-6
Free and unlimited blessings if given, do not be agitated.
*guidance from God given to purify the mind.
From what comes from your innermost soul, ponder it.
*guidance given is done by God to help one understand what one’s own soul does. It is our own soul that monitors our behavior, and delivers suffering or joy dependent on our past actions. This is why when God gives guidance, one should ponder one’s own mind for negative thoughts, and not act upon them. This is the way to purify the mind
(Nanika kokoro ga) (sunda nara)
(hayaku fushin ni) (torikakare) 8-7
In everything the mind, becomes clear,
quickly for the construction, to set out.
*when the mind is pure, go out to spread God’s teachings to kara, so they may become nihon.
(Yama no naka e to) (irikonde)
(ishi mo tachiki mo) (mite oita) 8-8
Inside the mountain, entering,
the stones also and standing trees also, you have seen.
*stones and standing trees are potential youki (timbers), that God places guidance.
(Kono ki kirou ka) (ano ishi to)
(omoedo kami no) (mune shidai) 8-9
This tree to cut, that rock to….,
Of God thinking, is dependent on the soul.
*For God’s guidance to occur, the prayer must have a pure mind and pure soul.
(Kono tabi) (ichiretsuni)
(sumikiri) (mashita ga) (mune no uchi) 8-10
This time, everyone,
has completely, purified, the innermost souls.
*when the performers of the Youki-tsutome have purified their minds, God will accept their prayer and will proceed to place guidance on the people who have been taught God’s truths
Summary of Song 8: In this world, there are potential people that will understand God’s teaching, and will be saved. God will not force people to come.. God tells us it will not be done by ourselves; we need God’s help to guide them to our places or worship. We must purify our minds first by not acting on what sufferings or inconveniences the soul brings forth. When we purify our minds, God will accept our prayers and bring new members to our places of worship.
