Interpretation of verse 5-11:

God’s blessings are guidance to help one understand the heart. These blessings are not what one will think as blessings. Who wants illness on their bodies. But if you ponder, God is showing us what our future may be by these illnesses. We can avoid a future of obstacles and sufferings, if we understand the heart to purify our minds.
