Interpretation:When God sees what path the world is taking or how the world is susceptible to their own dusts, it is not unreasonable to accept why God has regret. God is disappointed in the direction human beings are inclined toward. Because of this regret of God, God has descended from heaven to save the world. The instructions are in the Ofudesaki. How many of us have truly studied this sacred scripture?
