Interpretation:
We have the cure for any illness, even cancer. The origin of illness comes from our own minds. They originate from the dusts in our minds. These are regret (oshii), covetousness (hoshii), self-love (kawaii), yoku (greed), and arrogance (koman). Just to note, it does not say that illness comes from our minds, it says it originates in our minds. Illness comes from acting on our evil thoughts.
