Interpretation:
The Original mind is the pure mind of God. This is the mind without regret (oshii), covetousness (hoshii), self-love (kawaii), greed (yoku), and arrogance (koman). This mind was given to the first parents of human beings by God. This is the mind God wants us to understand and return to.
