Interpretation:
These members refer to the original instruments at the creation of human beings. These are the souls of the original sea creatures, including the original parents of human beings (Izanagi and Isanami). When all human beings are purified, these members will perform the Joyous Service, which will bring upon the heavenly dew from heaven.
