Interpretation:
The translation of nihon is difficult. It can be people who understand God’s teachings. Therefore, kara are people do not understand or know the teachings. God is telling us, it is up the the people that understand the teachings to spread the teachings to the world. When this happens, with the Joyous Service, God will help us save the world.
