Interpretation:
God is telling us that God give us many warnings of God’s intentions. God is going to begin to place illness as guidance to help us purify our minds. In the Ofudesaki the word shirizoku is used many times. God will withdraw fire and water or place illness on the individual. See verses 2-40, 2-47, 6-5, and 6-6
