Interpretation:
People are thinking that illness they are receiving from God as guidance, is worldly common or by coincidence. There is a purpose in God giving us guidance. God wants us to purify our minds by showing us what our own hearts do. By these guidance, we must purify our own minds, instead of blaming others for our sufferings or illness.
