Let’s talk about guidance, specifically God’s guidance to save us. God sees our evil thoughts in our minds. These thoughts are disappointment, covetousness, self-love, greed, and arrogance. These thoughts in the mind, we tend to act upon them when temptation, or any difficulties arise. This will cause demerits that will be collected by our hearts/souls, stored, and eventually released as negative fates. God wants to prevent these negative fates or sufferings from manifesting, this is why guidance is given.
Who is guidance given to? Guidance is usually given to people we have spread God’s truth to. These truths are about what our own hearts do, and the Original pure mind. Some people will accept these truths, and will proceed to purify their minds by understanding the heart/soul. But many will need convincing of these truths. This is where the Joyous Service comes into play. God has granted us a special prayer, asking God to help us convince these people to understand the heart/soul, and the Original pure mind. When we perform this special prayer with a pure mind, God will help brings these people to our places of worship to save.
Evil thoughts sweeping, save them please
Heaven’s Truth Saving God.
By placing illness dependent on the evil thoughts in their mind, God is telling them that they have evil thoughts in their minds. God is showing their future sufferings, if they do not remove their evil thoughts. God is showing them what their own hearts/souls do. Our hearts/souls manifest sufferings, as a result of our actions on our evil thoughts in our minds. God places illness as guidance because people need convincing of God’s truths of the heart/soul and the Original pure mind.
These people who we have spread the teachings before, will ponder their illness, and may acknowledge their evil thoughts in their minds, and understand that God is showing them what their own hearts/souls do. They may then come to our places to be healed, and given further instructions.
Now they understand that their fates or suffering comes from their hearts, as a result of their evil actions, what do they do? Do they just accept the punishment that comes from their hearts/souls because they deserve it? This is what some people call tanno. Accept our punishment with gratitude? But if they just accept them, the evil thoughts that caused these sufferings still exist in their minds. They will again be tempted to act on these evil thoughts. How do they remove these evil thoughts?
In the Ofudesaki, when obstacles, suffering, or illness occurs, God tells us to ponder our own minds. We must ponder our minds of what evil thoughts caused the suffering. God tells us to reflect on the thoughts of disappointment, covetousness, self-love, greed, and arrogance. We must not just accept the punishment, but reflect on the cause of the illness. The causes are the 5 evil thoughts, especially greed, and arrogance.
Now that we have identified the thought or thoughts that created the illness, we must not act upon these thoughts to create more demerits. This is the way God tells us to purify our minds. When our minds are purified, only positive fate or joy will come from our hearts/souls. Any negative fates associated with the eliminated evil thoughts will also be eliminated, and any current illness or suffering will also be removed. God tells us we do not need to suffer. We just need to purify our minds. This is why we must spread God’s teachings to the world. Please help spread these teachings that will save the world. Please continue to share these posts with others.
