Who are the teachings intended for? It is the people who are acting on their negative or evil thoughts. They think they can get away with their selfish desires without any consequences on themselves. This is why God in the first verse of the Ofudesaki, tells us that we do not understand our own souls.
All generations of the world, everyone I am looking at.
Because the soul’s understanding person is nonexistent. 1-1
Without understanding our own souls, one can believe that they can do anything without any consequences as long as they are not caught, or they do not care if they get caught.
It is our own soul that monitors our behavior. We reap what we have sowed because of our own soul. It is our own soul that resides in our bodies, that collect our demerits (negative energies) from our evil actions. It stores them as negative fate, and eventually manifest them as suffering or illness (karma) when the right opportunity arises. The right opportunity may not arise until our next lives.
When we die, our soul collects our fates and their associated negative thoughts, and takes them to our next destination, to heaven, and back to earth to start another life. Death erases our memories, but it does not eliminate our negative fates and their associated negative thoughts. This is why suffering or joy appears, and why we all have different personalities in our next lives.
GOD IS TELLING US WE CANNOT ACT ON OUR EVIL THOUGHTS BECAUSE IT IS OUR OWN SOULS THAT PUNISHES OR REWARDS US FOR OUR BEHAVIORS. This is the main message that God wants us to spread to the world first
You may say that many religions give us the same information of karma, and reincarnation. But only in the Ofudesaki, God tells us how to purify our own minds, to attain health and happiness. We do not have to suffer because of our past actions if we can purify our minds. God tells us how to do this in the Ofudesaki. God also tells us how to spread these important teachings of the soul, and the pure mind in the Ofudesaki. It is the Youki-tsutome (teodori) that will help us spread the teachings to the world. But most Tenrikyo people believe that this Service is called the yoki-tsutome,(Joyous Service to sweep our own minds) and not the You-ki-tsutome (Service to bring new members or you-ki).
But instead of Tenrikyo leaders spreading God’s truth of the soul and pure mind to prevent suffering, they are placing emphasis in traditional practices of ritual, and ceremonies, like most religions. We need to go back to the principal instructions that are in the Ofudesaki.
世界中のすべての世代、すべての人を私は見ている。

自分の魂を理解していないと、バレなければ何をしてもいい、バレてもかまわない、と思い込んでしまう。
私たちの行動を監視しているのは、私たち自身の魂である。 私たちが蒔いた種を刈り取るのは、私たち自身の魂のせいなのだ。私たちの肉体に宿る私たち自身の魂が、私たちの悪行によるデメリット（負のエネルギー）を集めるのだ。それをネガティブな宿命として蓄え、やがて適切な機会が訪れたときに、苦しみや病気（カルマ）として顕現する。適切な機会が訪れるのは、来世になってからかもしれない。
私たちが死ぬと、魂は私たちの運命とそれに関連する否定的な思考を集め、次の目的地である天国へと運び、また地上に戻って別の人生を始める。死によって記憶は消えるが、ネガティブな運命とそれに伴うネガティブな思考がなくなるわけではない。これが、苦しみや喜びが現れる理由であり、来世で私たちがみな異なる人格を持つ理由なのだ。
なぜなら、私たちの行動に対して罰を与えたり、報いを与えたりするのは私たち自身の魂だからだ。これが、神が私たちにまず世界に広めてほしいと望んでいる主要なメッセージなのだ
多くの宗教が、カルマや輪廻転生について同じような情報を与えていると言うかもしれません。しかし、おふでさきだけは、自分の心を清め、健康と幸福を得る方法を教えてくれます。心を清めることができれば、過去の行いのために苦しむ必要はない。おふでさきの中で、神様はその方法を教えてくれています。神様はまた、おふでさきの中で、魂と清らかな心についてのこの大切な教えを広める方法も教えてくださっています。その教えを世に広めるのが、「陽気づとめ」である。しかし、多くの天理教人は、このおつとめを「よきおつとめ」と呼び、「ようきおつとめ」（新会員をお連れするおつとめ）とは呼ばないと信じている。
しかし、天理教の指導者たちは、苦難を防ぐための魂と純粋な心という神の真理を広める代わりに、他の宗教のように、儀式や儀式といった伝統的な慣習を重視している。私たちは、おふでさきにある本義に立ち返る必要があります。

Sem entender nossa própria alma, podemos acreditar que podemos fazer qualquer coisa sem nenhuma consequência, desde que não sejamos pegos, ou que não nos importamos se formos pegos.
É a nossa própria alma que monitora nosso comportamento. Colhemos o que semeamos por causa de nossa própria alma. É a nossa própria alma, que reside em nosso corpo, que acumula os deméritos (energias negativas) de nossas más ações. Ela os armazena como destino negativo e, por fim, os manifesta como sofrimento ou doença (carma) quando surge a oportunidade certa. A oportunidade certa pode não surgir até nossas próximas vidas.
Quando morremos, nossa alma recolhe nossos destinos e seus pensamentos negativos associados e os leva para nosso próximo destino, o céu, e de volta à Terra para começar outra vida. A morte apaga nossas memórias, mas não elimina nossos destinos negativos e os pensamentos negativos a eles associados. É por isso que o sofrimento ou a alegria aparecem e que todos nós temos personalidades diferentes em nossas próximas vidas.
DEUS ESTÁ NOS DIZENDO QUE NÃO PODEMOS AGIR DE ACORDO COM NOSSOS MAUS PENSAMENTOS PORQUE É A NOSSA PRÓPRIA ALMA QUE NOS PUNE OU RECOMPENSA POR NOSSOS COMPORTAMENTOS. Essa é a principal mensagem que Deus quer que espalhemos para o mundo em primeiro lugar
Você pode dizer que muitas religiões nos dão a mesma informação sobre carma e reencarnação. Mas somente no Ofudesaki, Deus nos diz como purificar nossa própria mente para obter saúde e felicidade. Não precisamos sofrer por causa de nossas ações passadas se pudermos purificar nossa mente. Deus nos diz como fazer isso no Ofudesaki. Deus também nos diz como divulgar esses importantes ensinamentos sobre a alma e a mente pura no Ofudesaki. É o Youki-tsutome (teodori) que nos ajudará a divulgar os ensinamentos para o mundo. Mas a maioria das pessoas da Tenrikyo acredita que esse Serviço é chamado de yoki-tsutome (Serviço Alegre para varrer nossa própria mente) e não de You-ki-tsutome (Serviço para trazer novos membros ou you-ki).
