In the Ofudesaki, the service is called the Youki-tsutome. This is the Service to save others. The words yo(u) and ki are found in the Ofudesaki. Yo(u) refers to God’s blessing of illness as guidance, and ki are people we have spread the teachings to. You-ki or You-boku are people that God places guidance on, when God accepts our prayer. This is why the prayer is called You-ki-tsutome (guidance given to people Service)
HOW DOES THIS SERVICE SAVE OTHERS?
With the acceptance of our prayer, God places illness as guidance (yo(u) to the people (ki) we have spread God’s teachings of the soul, pure mind, and God’s guidance. This guidance convinces people (ki) of their own soul, and what it does. When people understand their own soul, they can begin to purify their minds. Our fates that we have created ourselves comes from our own soul. When we ponder these fates when they appear, and not act upon them with our negative thoughts, we can purify our minds. When the mind is pure, only health and happiness will come from one’s own soul. This is also why the Service is also called the Joyous Service.

おふでさきでは、おつとめを「Youki-tsutome」といいます。これは他人を救うための奉仕だおふでさきには「よ（う）」と「き」という言葉があるよ（う）」とは、神の導きとしての病気の祝福のことであり、「き」とは、私たちが教えを広めた人々のことである。神さまが私たちの祈りを受け入れてくださるときに、神さまが導きを置いてくださる人たちのことです。そのため、この祈りは「Youki-tsutome.
このサービスはどのように他人を救うのか？
私たちの祈りが受け入れられることで、神は病を人々への導き（yo (u)）として置き、私たちは魂の教え、純粋な kokoro (mind)、神の導きを広めてきた。この指導は、人々（ki）に自分自身の魂と、それが何をするのかを確信させる自分の魂を理解すれば、kokoro (mind) を浄化することができる。 私たちが自ら作り出した運命は、私たち自身の魂から来るものだ。このような運命が現れたときに熟考し、否定的な考えで行動しないとき、私たちは kokoro (mind) を浄化することができる。 Kokoro (mind) が純粋であれば、健康と幸福だけが自分の魂からやってくる。これが、この礼拝が「Youki-tsutome」とも呼ばれる理由でもある。
