私たちは神様の真実を知っているのでしょうか。人間創造の物語を知っているでしょうか。 神様は完全な身体を創りたいと望まれ、泥に満ちた太古の海にいた生き物の優れた性質を選び取ることから始められました。そして、その良い性質を最初の一対である魚と海蛇に加えられました。さらに天から、神様の純粋な心がその最初の一対に授けられました。こうして進化を通して、完全な人間の身体が一歩一歩創り上げられていったのです。 神様は「陽気づとめ」第二節の中で、人間創造の物語を私たちに思い起こさせてくださいます。 「このよふの地とてんとをあらはして　ふうふをこしらへうみだしたるで」 ――これがこの世界の始まりであると教えられています。 このような発展を経て、人間は本来、健康で幸福な生活を送るはずでした。しかし残念ながら、否定的な思いが私たちのkokoro (mind) に付着してしまいました。その心は完全な身体とは調和しません。だからこそ、病気や苦しみが身体に現れるのです。 そのために、神様は私たちが自らの魂を理解し、kokoro (mind) を清めることができるようにと天よりお下りくださいました。kokoro (mind)が清められるとき、私たちは救われます。そして自らの魂から現れるのは、健康と幸せだけなのです。 これこそが世界を救う神様の真実です。そしてその真実を世界に伝えるために、神様が選ばれたのが私たちの信仰、天理教なのです。 Do we know God’s truth?
