Interpretation: I could not find the English translation for oukwan. But there is a translation for ou kuwan, which translates into taking responsibility for unfavorable events. This is also called the path of the heart/soul

Interpretation: The permanent construction of the Kanroudai is most important. When the permanent Kanroudai is establish, the world will settle, bringing upon heaven on earth.
