all carelessly living, resulting in.

*people continue to act on their negative thoughts

God will guide you, think about it.

*God giving illness as guidance to help understand the soul

*God gives guidance to the timbers

God raises them, the country’s pillar will become.

the timbers that come after, to prepare only.

*God gives them guidance

This salvation, quickly the blessing I want to show.

*blessings are God’s guidance

God’s mind hastens only.

This time, safe childbirth salvation’s pure mind,

*God’s purpose in granting this salvation is to hasten the purification of the mind.

To attain the pure mind, settle the mind. If you pray

for free and unlimited blessing, now is the time.

*purify the mind and then pray

(mune ga wakaran) (Tsukihi zannen)                           44

This matter, no one knows of this because

the soul is not understood. The regret of God.

*when one understands the soul, one can attain the pure mind

(imamade wa) (nani yono koto mo) (mienedomo)
(korekara saki wa) (hayaku mieru de)                          45

But from now on, the future you will quickly see.

*by God’s guidance, one is able to see what will occur in the future

Whatever kind of matter, not possible I do not say.

*this happens when one has the pure mind

Single salvation I am hastening.

*saving of the world

Devoting to the extent, God’s mind is hastening.

Those near, the mind why are you depressed?

*minds are not pure

(hayabaya to) (kokoro isande) (sekikome yo)
(Tsukihi machikane) (kore o shiran ka)                        49

Quickly the mind make spirited. Hasten it!

*done by the path of the soul (broad path) to purify the mind

God waits, this don’t you know?

From God, the blessings for the pure mind

*God’s blessings provided when one attains the pure mind

Devoting to the extent, God thinking about the pure mind.

Those near, their minds are still worldly common.

*they think about themselves and have negative thoughts in their minds

This kind of matter I say, human’s

mind it is not. It is God’s mind!

*pure mind

mind was mixed of the workings you thought.

Human mind to exist, do not think.

*God does not have a human mind

*God to give illness as guidance

*due to human beings evil actions

Also where in the past, if someone inconvenienced you, you wanted to get back at them; but by understanding the soul, you will ponder your own mind instead of blaming the person who inconvenienced you. This person is not a rival, but a blessing to help you purify your mind.

*one needs to have a pure mind to have these blessings

From God, whatever matter, firmly

to say. For the workings to dispense, failure incidences are nonexistent.

*God guarantees the blessing when all the instructions are followed

Any kind of salvation that is done is all by the Service.

*Service is the Youki-tsutome

Like God says to do, if it is certainly done.

* God says to have a pure mind, and spread the teachings

(shikato ukeyai) (tasuke suru zo ya)                               84

The pure mind, the mind if you have it, God

firmly assures to do salvation.

(konotabi wa) (tasuke suru no mo) (shinjitsu ni)
(ukeyote tasuke) (ima ga hajime ya)                             85

This time the salvation I will do. If the pure mind is

obtained, the salvation now I will begin.

*when our minds are pure, God will begin to work to save the world

(soba no kokoro mo) (Tsutome koshirae)                     86

Devoting to the extent, God’s mind hastening exist.

The minds close to me, the Service prepare for.

* prepare to purify one’s own mind and spread God’s truth to others

This preparation, what only it is not. Because

what kind of matter however, all is the Service.

*the Service is the most important in saving the world

The Services, however the same thing it is not. Because

all each, to do, I will teach.

(imamade no) (michi no sugara to) (yuu mono wa)
(douyuu michi mo) (shirita mono nashi)                      89

What path (one is on), there is no one who knows.

*no one knows what their future is.

all paths all I shall tell and explain.

*the path of karma or innen will be explained. What one sows, one reaps. Most of the paths we take, leads to suffering

From God, if any paths are listened to,

*many of the paths where evil action occurs, results in suffering for the self in the future

this regret, unreasonable it is not.

*this regret refers to God’s regret

From God, this one matter is cleared away.

*this matter is God’s regret

Day by day, nothing but timbers that is said,

how it will occur, whoever does not know.

In everything, timbers to say, is all the Service.

*it is the Service we perform that asks God to sweep evil thoughts from others. When God works to guide people, these people will come to our places of worship. They are called timbers that God gives guidance. This is why the Service is called Youki-tsutome. Guidance (you), given to the trees (ki)

Marvelous things, all will be taught.

Little by little, the Service I will teach. For this preparation,

from what comes from the soul’s interior, all you will sweep (the mind).

*obstacles as fate, comes from our souls. When this happen, ponder your mind and sweep evil thoughts from your mind. This will purify your minds to perform the Youki-tsutome

Afterwards, day-by-day, the mind will become spirited.

*the mind becomes pure by not acting upon the fates that come from one’s soul. When this happens, one can gradually purify the mind

The world’s Service, your hands, perform it.

*after the mind is pure, then perform the Service for God to accept our prayer to save others

This Service, what is it about you may wonder. Safe childbirth, small pox’s single salvation.

*these conditions were the concerns of the people at that time

This salvation, how will it occur you may be thinking. Free from smallpox, kind of Service I will teach.

*when the mind is pure, smallpox or any serious illness will not occur

(sekai ichiretsu) (kokoro sumasuru)                              99

This path, I will teach quickly. By this Service,

the world everyone, the minds will be purified.

*this is why we pray “Evil sweeping, save them please”

(kono hanashi) (douyuu koto ni) (kiite iru)
(sekai tasukeru) (moyou bakari o)                                 100

(makoto shinjitsu) (kokoro shidai ya)                           102

This matter, this is the truth if you think.

The truth, the pure mind, the mind depends on it.

(kokoro sai) (shinjitsu sunda) (koto naraba)
(donna koto demo) (chigau koto nashi)                        103

The mind, on the occasion the pure mind is attained. If this happens,

whatever matter, there is no failure.

*there is no failure of our prayer. God will accept our prayer

(imamade wa) (Tsukihi ika hodo) (omoutemo)
(soba no kokoro ni) (wakari nai node)                           104

Until now, God how much you had thought.

Those near me, their minds they cannot understand.

*cannot understand the importance of the pure mind

(korekara wa) (dono yona tsutome) (oshieru mo)
(ningen naru no) (kokoro dewa nai)                              105

From now on, what kind of Service I may teach,

human consisting of mind it is not.

(Tsukihi yori) (dono yona koto mo) (oshieru de)
(kono yo hajimete) (nai koto bakari)                             106

From God, what kind of things I will teach.

This world’s beginning nonexistent things only.

(ningen no) (kokoro de omou) (youna koto)
(Tsukihi wa nanimo) (yuu de nai zo ya)                        107

Human’s mind’s thinking kind of things,

God anything to say, will not say.

(Tsukihi niwa) (dono yona koto mo) (ichiretsu ni)
(mina ni oshiete) (youkizukume ni)                               108

From God, every kind of things to everyone,

all will teach, for nothing but timbers.

*teach them the Youki-tsutome, to attain timbers

(sekaijuu) (mina ichiretsu wa) (sumikirite)
(youkizukume ni) (kurasu koto nara)                            109

Throughout the world, all everyone is purified,

nothing but timbers to get along, resulting in.

(Tsukihi nimo) (tashika kokoro ga) (isamu nara)
(ningen naru mo) (mina onaji koto)                               110

God also, if certainly the mind is settled.

Humans as a result, also all the same condition.

(kono you no) (sekai no kokoro) (isamu nara)
(Tsukihi ningen) (onaji koto ya de)                                111

By these workings, if the world’s mind is settled,

*workings of God’s guidance

God and human, the conditions are the same.

*minds are purified, with joy coming from the soul
