This mind refers to the Original pure mind. We must have a pure mind when we pray to God.

The heart must be cleared of negative fates, so it brings upon only positive fates. To prepare for it, God is telling Shuji and us to purify our minds.

God understands how Shuji feels. I believe that sometime when God gives us guidance, we do not understand God’s intentions, and we become doubtful of God.

This refers to Shuji, where God placed illness upon his leg, to hasten the Service, and the salvation of human beings.

God is telling us that the guidance may not be pleasant. We all know how illness is unpleasant. But God’s guidance has a purpose. It helps us understand what our own hearts do daily. We reap what we sow, because of our own heart.

The test is illness as guidance, for one to understand what the heart does for us. We reap what we sow, because of of own hearts.

The word shirizoku or withdraw is controversial. There are other verses that says God will withdraw fire and water. Withdrawing water and fire is the same as placing illness. God is telling us that if we lie or have dusts in our minds, God may place illness on our bodies.
