Interpretation:

God is telling the early followers that God is preparing them to help save the world. This requires them to understand the heart to purify their own minds, and requires them to spread the truth of the heart to others. When this happens, the performance of the Joyous Service will bring upon God’s assistance of spreading God’s truths to the world.

Interpretation:

God is showing everyone that it is our actions that bring bring upon our fate. We reap what we have sowed. It is our minds that we must purify, because our actions come from what thoughts or dusts are in our minds. These dusts in our minds are the thoughts of greed, arrogance, self-love, covetousness and regret. By these returns or guidance, God is showing us what thoughts are in our minds.
