In the world, there are some who discard science or logic, believing in faith. Faith based on reasoning and logic may be good, but faith based on human thinking may be dangerous. In the Tip of the Writing Brush is the following:

This is a world constructed on reason,

so I shall press upon you everything with the reason in verse. 2-21

In this world, there are those who are very religious, yet they do not understand God. Their religion is based on faith, and not the real world. The following is again from the Tip of the Writing Brush:

Though I have gathered many and varied trees,

those that are like a distorted mirror will not do. 3-50

Like a distorted mirror, their minds cannot see the true image.  They ignore what is real, and seek what may not be real. It may be time to open our eyes and see the true world that God has given us.
