God descended from heaven to bring upon change. God gave his prophets and messengers the truths of life. To be good to others as you would want them to be good to you, to turn your cheeks to your enemies, to purify the mind of greed, arrogance, and self love, the ten commandments, etc.….. These truths were okay, but they were too simple for the religious leaders. They wanted God’s truth to be embellished with glory, victory, annihilation of ones enemies, evil forces that are conquered, and finally Heaven or paradise for the converted. They wanted their places of worship to be embellished with the finest materials that they thought would appease their Gods. They adorned themselves with the religious type garments, and fabricated prayers that they thought would reach heaven. Through out time, the original message from God was forgotten or ignored, and the fabricated human ceremonies of prayer became to be known as the truths of God.

This is why we in each of our religions must uncover what is true or untrue. God has given us the ability to reason. Somewhere in each of our religious sacred books are the truths of God that will make the mind pure, and the heart whole again.
