The following is from the Ofudesaki in Japanese:

Kokoro sai shinjitsu yori mo wakaritara

Nanimo kowami mo abunaki mo nai 6-122

The first translation below is the traditional translation by Tenrikyo Headquarters and the 2^nd translation is word for word.

If only My mine is truly understood,

There will be nothing fearful or dangerous.

If only the mind is truly understood,

there will be nothing fearful or dangerous.

Again, there are two different meaning depending on if you read the traditional headquarters’ translation verses the word for word translation.
