The following is from the Ofudesaki:
Kono tokoro yorozu no koto o tokikikasu
Kami ichijo de mune no uchi yori 3-46
The first translation below is the traditional translation by Tenrikyo Headquarters and the 2nd translation is word for word.
At this place, I shall teach everything.
Be single hearted with God, and from your innermost heart.
At this place, I will teach everything about the world.
Become single hearted with God by what the innermost heart brings forth (way to purify mind).
Again, there are two different meaning depending on if you read the traditional headquarters’ translation verses the word for word translation.
*God is telling us that what sufferings the soul brings upon, we can purify our minds like God’s mind, if we do not act upon our evil thoughts.
