The following is from the third verse from song eleven of the mikagura-uta.

Yoku o wasurete hinokishin.

Kore ga daiichi koe to naru.

The first translation below is the traditional translation by Tenrikyo Headquarters and the 2^nd translation is word for word.

Forgetting greed, we work in hinokishin.

This becomes the first fertilizer

Forgetting greed, we do hinokishin (spread God’s truth of the soul/heart and blessings).

This becomes most important, for the fertilizer(Joyous Service) to be effective (to bring in new members).

*God is telling us to spread God’s truth of the soul/heart and that God will begin to guide others by illness to the body. This propagation is called hinokishin. This propagation is important for our prayers (Joyous Service) to come true. The Joyous Service conducted with a pure mind will bring others to our places of worship.
