Interpretation:
These returns are illness as guidance, to help us understand what our own hearts bring forth. Our hearts bring forth our negative fates, that we have created by acting on what negative thoughts are in our minds. These negative thoughts or dusts are regret, covetousness, greed, arrogance, and self-love. These are the dust that God tells us to remove, especially when our hearts brings forth inconveniences in our lives.
