Interpretation:
The word preparation (moyo) is very important. God will not just go out to save the world. There are prerequisites or preparations that must be done before God will go out to save others. These instructions are all in the Ofudesaki. All through the contents of the Ofudesaki, God is preparing the early followers for the sole purpose of saving the world.
