Interpretation:
1838 was when God descended from Heaven to save the world. God saw the ominous fates in the hearts of human beings. God descended from heaven to help us purify our hearts, by purifying our minds, returning to the Original mind (shinjitsu), This is the pure mind given to the first parents of human beings. This is a mind, that will bring upon only joy from our hearts.
