Interpretation:
People do not know that God will place illness as guidance, to help them understand what their own hearts do daily. Throughout the Ofudesaki, God tells us followers to warn people what God will do. God will begin to guide us to help us attain the pure mind or shinjitsu.

Interpretation:
God’s regret is from the evil actions of human beings. How does God release these regrets? God will release these regrets as guidance upon our bodies, showing us what our own hearts do for us daily. We reap what we have sowed, because of our heart.
