Interpretation:
People may not be able to understand how the teaching will spread. God tells us that we must first purify our own minds before we can spread the teachings to others. This is what God is telling the intermediates (people who convey the teachings to church members) to teach to the yobokus.

This place refers to where the Kanroudai or Central Pillar is to be permanently erected. This is where God descended from heaven to save us. This is where we direct our prayers toward God and Oyasama. When we pray with a pure spirited mind, God will help us save other people.

The translation of nihon is difficult. It can be people who understand God’s teachings. Therefore, kara are people do not understand or know the teachings. God is telling us, it is up the the people that understand the teachings to spread the teachings to the world. When this happens, with the Joyous Service, God will help us save the world.

God is telling us we must become spirited. We must purify our own minds, before we can expect others to become spirited. When we become spirited, and spread God’s truth to others, then by the performance of the Joyous Service, God will then help us harvest new members to save.

Interpretation:
God wants everyone to be spirited. This state of mind can be only attained if one purifies the mind of evil dusts. These dusts are regret, covetousness, self-love, greed, and arrogance.
The Japanese word kouki is translated as rise, aroused energy, an high-spirited action. But in the original church translation, it is translated as divine record, which is the word koki.
