God is talking about the first parents of human beings, the fish and the serpent. The other things are the 6 other sea creatures, that God took the good qualities, and placed them in the first parents. This began the creation of human beings.

The people in the high mountains will need to understand what guidance or returns may be given to them to help them understand the heart. These returns are illness as guidance, to help us understand what our own hearts bring forth. Our hearts bring forth our negative fates, that we have created by acting on what negative thoughts are in our minds. These negative thoughts or dusts are regret, covetousness, greed, arrogance, and self-love. These are the dust that God tells us to remove, especially when our hearts brings forth inconveniences in our lives.

These returns are illness as guidance to help one understand the heart. When one understands the heart, one will be able to purify the mind. When the mind becomes purified of greed, regret, arrogance, self-love and covetousness, one’s heart will bring upon joy only. God is concerned about everyone’s future!
