This is talking about when we pray with the Youki-tsutome. If God accepts our pure mind when we pray, God will begin the process of saving others. When the mind is pure, one is saved.

OFUDESAKI 13-15
The pure mind is a mind without regret (oshii), covetousness (hoshii), self-love (kawaii), greed (yoku), and arrogance (kouman). This is a mind that will bring only joy and health from one’s own soul.
純粋な心とは、後悔（オシイ）、貪欲（ホシイ）、自己愛（カワイイ）、貪欲（ヨク）、傲慢（コウマン）のない心である。これは自分の魂から喜びと健康だけをもたらす心である。
