The Prophecy of World Peace

In many religions, people believe that their sacred books predict the future. In extreme cases, they believe that it can foretell future wars, and the end of the world. When predictions come true, the faith becomes stronger, and congregations become larger. Prophecy becomes important in giving legitimacy to a religion.

In our religion, our sacred book is called the Tip of the Writing Brush, the strokes of the brush originating from God.  The book is like a self help guide especially to the early followers of the religion. It also has prophecies of  future events that are important to everyone.

Throughout the book, there is one important prophecy that is repeated over and over.  This is the notice that God will begin to work for the salvation of mankind. What is this work? This work is God’s guidance to help us remove the evils (greed, arrogance, and self love) from our minds. When we begin to see God’s guidance in the future, we will know that his prophecy is true, and will be able to sweep these evils by ourselves.

If this talk coincides sign for sign,

know that everything proceeds in this way. 17-74

When this realization of the truth of God’s prophecy occurs, the joyous life that is foretold in the sacred book will begin to  manifest in the world.
