This talk, the signal establishing (by the Service), appeared if so,

by what one acquires (of guidance from God) also, all this truth (of what thoughts in the mind).

In summary, God places illness as guidance depending on the amount and kind of negative thoughts one has in the mind. One needs to ponder the illness received, and not act upon these negative thoughts that are in one’s mind. God wants us not to act upon these negative thoughts when suffering (negative fate) appears from one’s own soul. This is how one purifies the mind. When the mind is purified, only positive fates will appear from the soul. Therefore one is saved.
