In the Ofudesaki, God tells us we must teach people about the Origin of human beings Even in the Youki-tsutome, the 2nd part, God tells us about the Origin. Why is the Origin Important to understand? When God created human beings, God created the perfect body to live the joyous life. God selected from the earth, the good physical qualities of the sea creature that existed in the ancient muddy ocean and placed them into the first couple (Izanagi and Isanami) that started human beings. From heaven God’s pure mind was placed into the couple. This is why the 2nd part of the Youki-tsutome says that earth and heaven representing wife/husband created to begin the world. This is different from what Church leaders tell us. They say that earth and heaven were used as a model, to create wife/husband. They are saying the wife is a model of earth, and husband is a model of heaven?
It is this pure mind given to the original parents, that God wants us to share with the world. When the mind is pure, one is saved. Only health and happiness will appear from one’s own soul. Unfortunately evil thoughts have attached to our minds, resulting in suffering to our bodies. God wants us to remove these negative thoughts. How do we remove our negative thoughts?
God tells us to understand what comes from our soul. It is our fates that come from our own soul. It is our actions on our negative thoughts that result in negative fates that our own soul collects, stores, and eventually manifest back to us as sufferings when the right opportunity arises. When negative fate (sufferings) come from our soul, God tells us to ponder our own minds for the negative thoughts associated with the suffering, and not act upon them. This is often difficult to do as we often want to blame others who are only messengers of our own soul. When we do not act upon our negative thoughts or emotions, we can gradually purify our own minds. Again when the mind is pure, one is saved. Only health and happiness will appear from one’s own soul, as intended at creation of human beings. Our teachings are simple, yet church leaders make it difficult by placings ritual and ceremonies like most religions. The purpose of religion, especially our religion is to spread the teachings to the world. How do we do this? The Ofudesaki gives us the instructions.
