True Sincerity

True sincerity is said to be the “Truth of Heaven”. What is true sincerity? It is the mind that is void of greed, arrogance, and self-love. When we eliminate arrogance, anger, hate and retribution disappear. When we are without greed, sharing and goodwill begins to appear. When we eliminate self-love, we become caring for others. In the Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki), it is said that our minds become spirited when we purify our minds of greed, arrogance and self-love. This is the state of mind when joy pervades our lives, regardless of any circumstances that may appear in our lives. It is the state of mind, which allows us to completely lean on God to help us live a joyous life.

Heaven’s Truth

The Christmas Carol the Scrooge gives us hope. It is a story of a man that was pure in the beginning, but life experiences had made him selfish, arrogant, and greedy. By the gift of God, he was able to see his past, present, and future from a perspective of an observer. At the end of this fictional story, the Scrooge becomes a good man, and he lives the rest of his life in joy. Unfortunately we cannot see our future like the Scrooge. We cannot see the relationship between our behavior and our future.

But can we see our future like the Scrooge? In one of the sacred books, God tells us that we cannot understand causality. We see suffering, and we see evil actions. We see people having joy, and we see philanthropy. Could there be a relationship between our actions and thoughts and our future. The Scrooge saw the light of causality.

Look at how causality (suffering or joy) is working in the world, and you will see the journey taken before. January 30, 1892 Instructions (Osashizu).

If one believes in causality, one will not be able to do the evils that occur in the world today. Initially, this may be due to the fear of the future; but when one begins to remove evil from the heart, one will begin to understand the joy in helping others. By this process, one will become spirited. Can causality be the truth of heaven that will eventually settle the world?

How to Receive God’s blessings

How do we get God’s blessing? The Mayans and Aztecs believed they had to sacrifice people to get God’s blessings. Many religions go through many rituals and ornate ceremonies to contact God. Some believe that a self-declaration to God will bring upon blessing. Others have special prayers at particular time of day that will bring upon the blessings. What does God want from us? Does he want us to praise him and to acknowledge his greatness? If this is the case, do we have a God that has an identity crisis like some of the ruthless leaders of the world?

But what are the blessings that we want from God? We must admit that many of our prayers our selfish prayers. We pray for ourselves, and our families. Some may even pray for blessing for their religion, and may even pray for the destruction of people of other faiths. Would God answer these selfish prayers even if they are sincere and come from their hearts?

Many of our prayers are directed toward gaining our earthly possessions, like material wealth. It does not deal with our hearts, or the purity of our minds. In one of the sacred books, God tells us to ornate our minds and not our bodies. It is a prayer that asks God to purify the world of evil (greed, arrogance, and self love) that God desires.

In summary, God does not want praise and selfish prayers; but God wants prayers concerning the purification of our souls (hearts) and not our flesh. But many like the Mayans continue to praise God with their ornate ceremonial attire, and make sacrifices or offers to a God that patiently awaits our enlightenment.

God has blessed America

Why has God blessed America so much throughout our short history? We have economical prosperity, the best universities, and one of the best health care systems in the world. The song God bless America comes to mind.

While the storm clouds gather far across the sea,

Let us swear allegiance to a land that’s free,

Let us all be grateful for a land so fair,

As we raise our voices in a solemn prayer.

God bless America,

Land that I love,

Stand beside her, and guide her

Through the night with a light from above.

From the mountains, to the prairies,

To the oceans, white with foam

God bless America, My home sweet home

God bless America, My home sweet home.

Has God blessed us because we are a country that is free and fair? We are a people that give aide to the poor and less fortunate. We are a people who strive to make our lives, and the lives of our children better. Many of our ancestors came from countries that oppressed their people. We believe that any one can have success with hard work and integrity.

But what has become of the land of the free in recent times? Half on the people pay no income taxes. Many depend on government handouts for their livelihood. Many are raised to believe that receiving government aide is an inherent right of the poor. Philanthropy and church donations become less because many believe that the government will supply the aide. People who once relied on community and the church now become distant from the community, and become arrogant and distrustful of the rich, the law, and the clergy.

The working few now pay more in taxes to support their dependent citizens. But what will happen when federal resources decrease? The Kardashians and the plethora of sporting events on the boob tube may not be sufficient to appease the masses that depend on the government. Violence like in the streets of Ferguson may become the norm on a daily basis. This is what happens when people become dependent on government. We lose our human connection of giving and receiving. We have become dehumanized. This is why when stressful incidents occur like in Ferguson Missouri, the masses have no remorse in turning against the community.

The evils that prevents us from understanding

What makes good people not able to understand reasoning, where emotions take over, and our animal instincts resurface? Take example of the rioters in Ferguson, and the religious headhunters in the Middle East. What makes these people not understand common reasoning, where one + one does not equal two? No matter what evidence or facts are given, they do not understand.

It is said that when evil takes over the mind, reasoning takes a back seat. What are these evils? These evils are arrogance, greed, and self-love that sometimes take over the mind. In the Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki), God says that there is no one who is evil, it is only because the dusts of evil has attached to the person. When these evils of arrogance, and greed become ingrained in the mind, reasoning becomes nonexistent. We begin to see violence, hate, and disregard for the law.

It is with this warning that we must remove greed, arrogance and self love from our minds. When we do this, understanding and reasoning resurface. We need to have the ability to reason so that we can understand God’s plan for a joyous world. Remove arrogance, greed, and self love from your minds.

Causality as the Truth of Heaven

Are there evil people in the world? Many people will certainly say that there are evil people. But in the Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki) is the following:

Looking all over the world and through all ages,

I find no one who is evil. 1-52

Among all mankind, there is no one who is evil.

It is only a bit of dust stuck on. 1-53

These dusts are said to be the path of arrogance, self love, and greed.

These paths are miserliness, covetousness, self love,

greed, and arrogance. These are the dusts. 3-96

From these verses, we can conclude that mankind is not evil; it is only his actions and thoughts that are evil. How easy is it to restore his or her mind to the original purity of our creation. Looking at the events of the world, like the beheading of innocent people, and religions that advocate violence, it appears that this will be a difficult task to change the mindset of these people.

In the Christmas Carol, the Scrooge gives us hope. It is a story of a man that was pure in the beginning, but life experiences had made him selfish, arrogant, and greedy. By the gift of God, he was able to see his past, present, and future from a perspective of an observer. The Scrooge was able to understand causality, and was able to change his future.

Look at how causality (suffering or joy) is working in the world, and you will see the journey (cause) taken before. January 30, 1892 Instructions (Osashizu)

Let us pray that people begin to understand causality. It is predicted in the Book of Prophecy that all mankind will eventually understand causality, and that all mankind will live a joyous life.

The Scrooge

What do we do with the evil people of the world? What does God do with them? In the Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki) is the following:

Looking all over the world and through all ages,

I find no one who is evil. 1-52

Among all mankind, there is no one who is evil.

These dusts are said to be the path of arrogance, self love, and greed.

These paths are miserliness, covetousness, self love,

greed, and arrogance. These are the dusts. 3-96

If this is true, all mankind is inherently good; and some of us have accumulated the dusts of evil in our hearts. Like the dusts that are easily wiped away from our desktops, the evils of arrogance, self-love can be swept away easily if it is realized. But like the dusts that are imbued in the mirrors, the dusts in our minds become difficult to remove if continue to think or do evil.

So we can say that mankind is not evil; it is only his actions and thoughts that are evil. How easy is it to restore his or her mind to the original purity of our creation. Looking at the events of the world, like the beheading of innocent people, and religions that advocate violence, it appears that this will be a difficult task to change the mindset of these people.

Learning to Pray

“I imagine thousands of desperate Maya singing and dancing on these platforms, begging for rain that would never come.” This was a quote from archaeologist Holley Moyes, who theorized that the Mayan culture disappeared due to the lack of rain. This drought is said to have occurred in the 9th century. The Mayans believed that the God of rain inhabited the deepest part of the caves. Archaeologists have found that during this period of drought, the Mayans went further into the caves decorating, placing ornaments, and sacrificing virgins to please their Gods.

How many millions of prayers have failed like the Mayan prayers for rain throughout the history of mankind? What types of prayer does God answer? In the Book of Prophecy, it is said that God answers prayers that are sincere:

When you have a mind of sincerity,

Any protection will be provided. 4-52

According to your mind of sincerity,

I deny my protection to no one, whoever you may be. 4-95

Each of you, clearly express sincerity from your innermost heart.

Then the blessings will be seen at once. 7-32

Words of flattery are unwanted.

God looks for the sincerity of the mind. 11-8

The Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki) defines sincerity as a mind that is void of greed, anger, and self-love. It is an unselfish prayer that God accepts and responds to. It is not a prayer that praises God, or offers sacrifices or material wealth that God wants. It is a prayer of helping others that God accepts.

Imagine the corrupt and immoral Romans asking for God’s help as Rome burned; imagine the desperate Mayan Priests in their ornate outfits, as they sacrificed God’s children to obtain God’s blessings. We must learn how to pray to God.

THE TRUTH OF HEAVEN

WHY DO SOME SUFFER WHILE OTHERS HAVE JOY? HOW DO WE FIND JOY?

WE MUST FIRST UNDERSTAND CAUSALITY AND REINCARNATION. CAUSALITY IS HEAVEN’S TRUTH. SOME WILL CALL THIS KARMA OR INNEN.

UNDERSTANDING CAUSALITY OPENS THE PATH TO JOY. CAUSALITY EXPLAINS WHY WE SUFFER OR HAVE JOY. WE REAP WHAT WE HAVE SOWED. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE OUR SITUATION MAY APPEAR NOW, WE CAN ATTAIN A JOYOUS FUTURE. BY OUR THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS OF TODAY, WE CAN CREATE JOY IN THE FUTURE.

WE CAN ATTAIN A JOYOUS FUTURE BY REMOVING GREED, ARROGANCE, AND SELF LOVE FROM OUR MINDS. BY THE PRINCIPLE OF CAUSALITY, THIS WILL BRING FORTH JOY IN THE FUTURE.

BUT WHERE DOES GOD COME INTO PLACE?

GOD WILL BEGIN TO HELP THE WORLD UNDERSTAND CAUSALITY. WE HAVE A SPECIAL PRAYER  ASKING GOD TO HELP OTHERS UNDERSTAND CAUSALITY.

There is no one who is evil

What does God do to bad people? In the Book of Prophecy, God states that there are no evil people in this world.

Looking all over the world and through all ages,

I find no one who is evil. 1-52

Among all mankind, there is no one who is evil.

It is only a bit of dust stuck on. 1-53

These dusts are said to be greed, arrogance, and self love that take over the minds of the evil perpetrators. It is these dusts that make the soul evil.

It is also said that mankind is the body of God. In the Book of Prophecy is the following:

I shall teach you step by step that this world is

the body of God. Ponder, and look at it. 3-40

If we are all parts of God, it would be prudent for us to help the evil to purify their minds instead of eliminating them. If we are all parts of God, we will be hurting God if we proceeded to eliminate those who we feel are evil.

But how are we to influence these people that kill or cause sufferings to others? In the Book if Prophecy, God tells us to perform a special prayer that will begin the process of eliminating greed, arrogance, and self love from the hearts of the world. But for this prayer to be effective, we must also be free of greed, arrogance, and self-love. By this process, God will help everyone eliminate evil from his or her hearts. The world will then have joy and peace, and God will finally be whole.
