What type of person do you think would be a good messenger or disciple of God to spread God’s teachings? Today we see many young ministers and evangelists that attract thousands of people. But are these the individuals that God wants to spread the teachings? The following verses are from our sacred book describing the attributes of an ideal messenger.

Step by step, I shall nurture trees, starting with aged ones,

and assemble them in preparation for the future. 7-19

Day by day, as the intent of God is deep,

two or three trees will be found even at one place. 7-20

Of these trees, I do not say whether male or female pine.

God has intentions for any tree. 7-21

In our religion, a disciple is often referred to as a tree. Verse 7-19 says that God will train the elderly to spread the teachings.

Verse 7-21 states that God has no preference on the sex of the disciple.

In summary, God prefers the mature older individual of any gender as his disciple. Why the older individual?  Besides the obvious more experiences, in many cultures, the elderly are more respected then their younger counterpart. In politics, it is not uncommon to see leaders of countries that are in their seventh decade. It is this maturity of mind, the open minded, and leadership qualities that God desires in his disciples.

Have you ever wondered why God created mankind? The following verses may give you some insight, and stimulate your mind to further research the topic.

Until now, people have worshipped

and prayed to many Gods. 6-26

Should there be anyone who knows the origin,

God permits you to seek and inquire. 6-27

Verse  6-26 states that throughout time there have been  many religions, and Gods we have prayed to.

Verse 6-27  states that there is no one who knows the origin, or why mankind was created.  If there is, God permits you to seek it.

In summary, Most religions do not explain why God created mankind.  What is the purpose of our lives?  Our religion is unique in that we believe in the “Origin” that God created mankind to live a joyous life.  We are God’s children, and God wants everyone to live a joyous life.  What parent does not want their child to be happy? When our children are happy, we are happy! God created mankind, so that God will  be joyous when all mankind is joyous.

Have your ever wondered what the world would be like, if there was no greed, arrogance or self love in the minds of all mankind? God promises that this purification of the mind will occur if an important conditions is met.

When God in truth begins to work,

The minds of all in the world will be purified. 5-49

What are your thoughts concerning my workings?

I shall give returns when I accept your minds. 5-50

What do you think these returns are about?

They will reach you though you be a thousand leagues away. 5-51

Whatever you may say or think,

I shall give returns as soon as I accept your minds. 5-52

Do not wonder what these returns are about.

I shall give returns for both good and evil. 5-53

Whether you speak good or evil,

I shall give returns at once as you deserve. 5-54

If you begin to see this, my purification will reach

any and everyone in the whole world. 5-55

Verse  5-49 promises that all mankind will be purified when God begins to work.

Verse 5-50 promises God’s blessings (work) when our prayers are sincere (believe in the origin that all mankind was created to live a joyous life).

Verse 5-51 refers to the returns. The returns are God’s blessings. They are God’s guidance. They are illness, disease or health on our bodies depending on how we our using our minds. God promises these guidance wherever we are.

Verse 5-52 again says that our prayers for God to sweep away our evils (greed, arrogance, and self love) must be sincere (believe that we were created to all live a joyous life). These returns are illness, disease or good health.

Verse 5-53 says that the workings or returns reflect  how we are thinking or acting , either good or bad.

Verse 5-54 says that these returns (guidance) will be seen quickly to guide you to sweep away the evils in your mind.

Verse 5-55 says that people will begin to realize that these illness and disorders are God’s guidance. When this is seen, the purification of minds will occur.

In summary,  God wants us to know why mankind was created. If we believe that all mankind was created to live a joyous life, then our  special prayer to God will be sincere.  When this sincere prayer is accepted by God, God will begin to sweep the evils (greed, arrogance, and self love) from our minds.  God does this work by placing illness, disease or health on our bodies dependent on how we are using our minds (good or bad).  We can either ignore God’s guidance, or we can ponder over these illness, and remove the evils from our minds. This will lead to our joyous future.

In many religions, there are many prophecies that are written in their sacred books or testaments.  For example, many consider the events occurring in the world now were prophesized in the bible, and other sacred books. When prophecies come true, the religion becomes more believable, and the followers become more faithful to the religion. In our religion, there are no major catastrophes that are prophesized; but the appearance of God’s guidance is prophesized in our sacred book. This prophecy may not initially appear to be important, but it may be the most important prediction that will eventually save all mankind.

Step by step, I will tell you about things yet unseen.

If this is seen in the future, it is God.  4-105

No matter what people say about things already seen,

if it is not seen in the future, there will be no understanding. 4-106

From now on, I shall bring understanding by making a distinction in

the innermost hearts of both the high and low all over the world. 4-107

Watch, I shall clean the inner most hearts of those within

and all others in the world without discrimination. 4-108

This cleansing will be a difficult matter,

but I say there is nothing to be called illness. 4-109

Whatever pains, sufferings, tumors,

fever, or looseness of bowel are also from dusts (paths of mistaken mind). 4-110

Verse 4-105 predicts God’s working (guidance) in the future.

Verse 4-106 states that in the future, if God’s predictions do not come true, there will be no understanding in the teachings.

Verse 4-107 talks about this distinction of the innermost heart. This is the beginning of God’s guidance of placing illness on the body to distinguish how we are using our minds (if we have greed, arrogance, or self love).

Verse 4-108 says that God will begin to sweep the hearts of everyone in the world, not favoring any religion or people.

Verse 4-109 says that cleaning the hearts of all mankind is difficult, but emphasizes that there should be no need for illness if greed, arrogance, and self-love become eliminated from our minds.

Verse 110 emphasizes that any illness is God’s guidance to change our mistaken path of mind.

In summary, people use prophecies to emphasize the importance and the veracity of their religion to others. In our religion, God prophesized his future workings of guidance, so that we can further understand the teaching. When guidance is placed on our bodies, we realize the truth of God’s prophecy; but we also use it as a stepping stone to further gain God’s truth of the importance of removing greed, arrogance, and self-love from our minds.

In every religion, prayer is the connection that links us to God. In our religion, our prayer is special. It asks God to sweep away our evils (greed, arrogance, and self love) from our minds.

Until now, nothing was seen that was said,

now at last, the time has come.  3-59

From now on, I shall again hasten the Joyous Service.

What is this? You may not understand. 3-60

I have already told you what is known to me.

It has been taught, but you do not know what they mean. 3-61

Until now, you have not seen whatever I told you,

the day had not yet come. 3-62

From now on, as the time has come,

you will see it just as I tell you. 3-63

Verse 3-59 refers to God’s intention to save all mankind. God will begin to sweep the evils (greed, arrogance, and self love) from our hearts.

Verse 3-60, God encourages us to pray with our special prayer for God to begin this process, but tells us that we may not understand the purpose of the prayer.

Verse 3-61 God tells us that we do not understand the meaning and purpose of our prayer.

Verse 3-62 God will finally begin to sweep away our evils by giving us guidance in the form of disease and illness on our bodies as previously taught.

To summarize, God tells us that although we pray, we do not understand our prayer. With the understanding of our prayer, God will begin to start sweeping the evils (greed, arrogance, and self love) from our minds. When this happens, all mankind will live in peace and have a joyous life.

How should we live our lives? There is a broad path that is mentioned in our sacred book that allows us to live a joyous life. A path is usually a road that we follow to get to our destination. In this case the joyous life.

Though I desire to go forth quickly,

I cannot because there is no path. 2-13

This path I wish to open quickly,

there is no place else to open it. 2-14

This path if truly desire it to occur,

ponder over everything from your innermost heart. 2-15

What do you think this talk is about?

I am hastening for the places where God’s truth is conveyed. 2-16

Verse 2-13 states that God wants to help sweep away the evils (greed, arrogance, and self love) from our minds, but there is no path for us to follow.

Verse 2-14 states that God wants to open this path to a joyous life, but cannot open it now because we do not understand from our innermost hearts (know the origin).

Verse 2-15 states that we must understand from our innermost hearts for this path to appear. This means having true sincerity (knowing the origin why mankind was created)

Verse 2-16 states that for this path to open, there must be places (churches) where God’s truth is conveyed so people can understand from their innermost hearts.

In summary, God wants to help us sweep away the evils in our minds (arrogance, greed, and self love) so we can live a joyous life. God has given us a path to attain this joyous life.  But this path cannot open until one believes that mankind was created to live a joyous life. This is why God hastens for places that convey God’s truth.  When one truly believe that we were created to live a joyous life, this marvelous path will open, and God will begin to work (sweep away our evils).

How important is it for us to know why God created mankind? In our sacred book, it is almost the first statement that is quoted.

This place, the Jiba in Yamato, the residence of God,

you are calling, but you may not know the origin 1-4

This origin if listened in full,

a great yearning will come over you, whoever you may be 1-5

If you wish to know and will come to me, I shall teach

you everything of the world’s causality of origin 1-6

Verse 1-4 questions what is more important for the individual, the acknowledgement of God or the understanding why God created mankind (origin).

Verse 1-5 tells us why learning the origin is so important. The origin may give us a understanding of our existence, and a yearning for more of God’s truth to make a joyous world.

Verse 1-6 tells us that God will tell us about  the herculean efforts that were performed in the creation of mankind for the purpose of all mankind living a joyous life.

In summary, God emphasizes the importance of why mankind was created. If this origin that mankind was created to live a joyous life is understood from our hearts, we will  have less greed, arrogance, and self love in our minds. We will try to help others and  not go against God’s original reason for human creation. This is why understanding this origin is so important for our prayers to be effective, and why God placed this topic at the beginning of the most sacred book.

For a while, I will be placing quotes from our sacred book and attempt to interpret them.

Sometimes are prayers are not answered. What can we do to have our prayers answered?

What do you think this Stand is?

It is the Parent of Nihon  10-22

If you but sincerely think this to be true

God will discern it and assure anything whatever 10-23

Since I, God give my assurance,

there will not be even a single failure in a thousand. 10-24

How are you hearing this talk?

It is about the Service of the Kanrodai 10-25

10-22 refers to Ojiba where the first human beings were created. This is where the Kanrodai will be completed when all mankind is purified in mind.

10-23 says that if we believe this from our hearts, that God will assure us anything (believe that all mankind was created to live a joyous life).

10-24 says that there will be no failures in our prayer if we believe all mankind was created to live a joyous life.

10-25 confirms that it is the Service of the Kanrodai, or the joyous service that God will respond to.

In summary, we must believe from our hearts that all mankind was created to live a joyous life for our special prayer to be accepted by God.

The Eternal Soul

The Eternal Soul

I can remember my parents telling me stories of running through the cemetery late at night after a school function. They would describe luminescent balls of light that would appear to arise from the cemetery grounds soaring to the heavens. I am not sure of the veracity of these stories; if they were just amusing tales to frighten us. My recent posts on energy has reminded me of these stories that were forgotten somewhere in the recess of my mind.

Some propose that our thoughts are composed of some form of energy, vibrating with intense frequency like sound waves.  With each type of thought having a distinctive vibration and frequency. Let us propose that self-centered thoughts have frequencies and vibrations different from philanthropic thoughts. Let us also propose a site in the mind where these energies are stored and released from. May we be bold enough to call this site the soul of the body?

Suppose these negative energies in our souls are released and converted to chemical energy, releasing toxins and causing stress, headaches and other diseases in our bodies. Consider also conversion to electrical or radiant energy, inducing cancerous growth. Consider the distinctive energy of the positive thoughts, releasing chemicals that provide health to the body and protect the body from disease. Imagine doctors diagnosing disease based on our thoughts!

In reality, what is our identity? What makes one person different from the other? The soul essentially becomes our identity. It stores our thoughts of evil (greed, arrogance, and self love) and good (giving, understanding, and selflessness). This storage is in some form of distinctive energy, separate from the other identified energy groups that we are familiar with. This unidentified energy can be converted to other energy sources and may be released to other locations, eventually  affecting our bodies in some manner.

But what happens when the body ceases to function? May we propose that this energy leaves the body possibly converting to another source of energy like heat, and be absorbed by our atmosphere.  Or will this energy go to heaven, being embraced by God?  Imagine this energy from the heavens finding it way to the soul of a developing fetus. The energies converting back to its distinctive vibrations and frequencies of the original thought processes. In essence, the body is new, but with the thought patterns of the previous lives. This concurs with our religion that states that God lends our bodies to us, but our minds are ours to use as we please.

Global Warming

Global Warming

Suppose that pollution does not cause global warming. But suppose our thought process causes this increase. As mentioned in the previous blogs, our thoughts are composed of axons and neurons, which transfer energies from one site to another. These energies can take different forms like electrical, and chemical energies. Suppose our negative thoughts like greed, arrogance and self-love create this excess energy. Some of these energies may travel to different parts of the body, and be released as chemical energy, releasing toxins that cause headaches, stress and disease of our bodies. Suppose these excess energies in our minds are also released in the form of entropy (wasted energy) to the environment (the body of God) mostly in the form of heat. But some may wonder how much excess heat energy would one mind create? Not much; but if you can imagine the amount created by 7 billion minds! Could this be the reason that the earth is getting warmer?

But what effects do these temperature change have on the world?  Natural disasters like hurricanes are caused by changes in air pressures. Low and high air pressures are caused by temperature changes. Earthquakes are also caused by changes in temperatures, causing movement of the earth. This heat generated by our minds may be the cause of natural disasters that occur annually causing destruction and loss of lives.  God or a higher entity may not have control over our heat production, and these disasters. It may be in our own control. If the evils in our minds were swept away, would the natural disasters decrease in this world?
