We have the ingredients to cure all illness. In the Ofudesaki, God tells us:
Of the pure mind, the mind is dependent on. This salvation,
to not fall ill, to not die, and to not weaken, are the benefits. 1-99
God is telling us if we somehow attain the pure mind, without disappointment (oshii), covetousness (hoshii), self-love (kawaii), greed (yoku), and arrogance (kouman), we can attain health and happiness. How do we attain the pure mind?
God tells us we must understand our own souls. It is our own souls that contain our fates. It is our soul that collects the demerits (negative energies) from acting upon our negative thoughts, stores them as negative fates, and eventually manifest them as illness or suffering back to us. We reap what we have sowed because of our souls that monitor our behaviors. Because of our souls, do we just suffer, when suffering or illness appear?
God tells us when suffering or illness appears, not to blame others or God, but ponder one’s own mind for negative thoughts that may have brought on the suffering, and not act upon them. The illness or obstacle is just the messenger of one’s own fate. When we can ponder our minds, and purify our own minds, illness and obstacles will lessen, or completely disappear. God tells us that as long as we have negative thoughts, the fates associated with them will appear. But if can remove these thoughts, we will be able to cancel our negative fates. For some, the purification of the mind may be difficult, because we have a tendency to blame others for our problems, and not to ponder our own minds. But if we are persistant, we can purify our minds. This is why God compares the purification of our mind to digging a large root.
What happen when we remove all of our negative thoughts? Only joy will come from our souls. This information about the soul, and pure mind must be first spread to the world. When done, God will help us spread the teachings by our performance of the Youki-tsutome.
私たちはすべての病気を治す材料を持っている。おふでさきの中で、神様はこう教えています：
純粋な心のうち、心は依存する。この救い、
病気にならないこと、死なないこと、弱らないこと、これが利益である。 1-99
神様は、私たちが何とかして、失望（oshii）、貪欲（hoshii）、自己愛（kawaii）、貪欲（yoku）、傲慢（kouman）のない純粋な心を手に入れれば、健康と幸福を手に入れることができると教えているのです。どうすれば純粋な心を得ることができるのか？
神は私たちに、自分自身の魂を理解しなければならないと教えている。私たちの運命を内包しているのは、私たち自身の魂なのだ。私たちの魂は、否定的な思考に基づいて行動することで生じるデメリット（否定的なエネルギー）を集め、否定的な宿命として蓄積し、やがて病気や苦しみとして私たちに返ってくる。私たちが蒔いた種を刈り取るのは、私たちの行動を監視する魂のおかげなのだ。私たちの魂のせいで、苦しみや病気が現れたとき、私たちはただ苦しむだけなのだろうか？
神は、苦しみや病気が現れたとき、他人や神を責めるのではなく、苦しみをもたらしたかもしれない否定的な考えを自分自身の心の中で熟考し、それに基づいて行動しないようにと教えている。病気や障害は、自分自身の運命の使者にすぎない。 自分の心に思いを馳せ、自分の心を清めることができれば、病気や障害は軽減され、あるいは完全に消滅する。神は、私たちが否定的な考えを持っている限り、それに関連した運命が現れると教えている。しかし、その思いを取り除くことができれば、ネガティブな運命を打ち消すことができる。心の浄化は難しいかもしれない。なぜなら、私たちは自分の問題を他人のせいにする傾向があり、自分自身の心について熟考しない傾向があるからだ。しかし、根気よく続ければ、心を浄化することができる。だからこそ神は、心の浄化を大きな根を掘ることに例えているのだ。
否定的な考えをすべて取り除くとどうなるか。私たちの魂からは喜びしか出てこない。魂と純粋な心に関するこの情報は、まず世間に広める必要がある。 そうすれば、神は私たちが『遊喜つとめ』を行うことで、教えを広める手助けをしてくださるでしょう。
Temos os ingredientes para curar todas as doenças. No Ofudesaki, Deus nos diz:
Da mente pura, a mente é dependente. Essa salvação,
não adoecer, não morrer e não enfraquecer, são os benefícios. 1-99
Deus está nos dizendo que se, de alguma forma, alcançarmos a mente pura, sem desapontamento (oshii), cobiça (hoshii), amor-próprio (kawaii), ganância (yoku) e arrogância (kouman), poderemos alcançar a saúde e a felicidade. Como podemos alcançar a mente pura?
Deus nos diz que devemos compreender nossa própria alma. São nossas próprias almas que contêm nossos destinos. É a nossa alma que coleta os deméritos (energias negativas) da ação de nossos pensamentos negativos, armazena-os como destinos negativos e, por fim, manifesta-os como doença ou sofrimento para nós. Colhemos o que plantamos por causa de nossas almas que monitoram nossos comportamentos. Por causa de nossas almas, será que apenas sofremos quando o sofrimento ou a doença aparecem?
Deus nos diz que, quando o sofrimento ou a doença aparecer, não devemos culpar os outros ou Deus, mas ponderar a própria mente em busca de pensamentos negativos que possam ter causado o sofrimento e não agir de acordo com eles. A doença ou o obstáculo é apenas o mensageiro de nosso próprio destino. Quando pudermos ponderar e purificar nossa mente, as doenças e os obstáculos diminuirão ou desaparecerão completamente. Deus nos diz que, enquanto tivermos pensamentos negativos, os destinos associados a eles aparecerão. Mas se pudermos remover esses pensamentos, poderemos cancelar nossos destinos negativos. Para alguns, a purificação da mente pode ser difícil, porque temos a tendência de culpar os outros por nossos problemas e não refletir sobre nossa própria mente. Mas se formos persistentes, poderemos purificar nossa mente. É por isso que Deus compara a purificação de nossa mente a cavar uma grande raiz.

我们拥有治疗所有疾病的原料。在《奥弗德萨基》中，上帝告诉我们：

上帝告诉我们，如果我们能达到清净心，没有失望（oshii）、贪婪（hoshii）、自爱（kawaii）、贪婪（yoku）和傲慢（kouman），我们就能获得健康和幸福。我们如何才能获得纯净的心灵呢？
