How do we eliminate evil?

The actions of a few evil people yesterday have angered the civilized world. How do we eliminate evil people? Our past actions of revenge, of retribution, of killing these people have not subsided the continual onslaught of evil people. Evil people continue to flourish. Eliminating the physical body does not appear to be the answer. It appears that the evil lies in the minds of mankind. How do we eliminate evil thoughts?

What will happen to these people who believe that they will enter heaven by killing innocent people? How does God who created this world let such mass killings occur?   Are these victims destined to their fate? Why does evil sometimes thrive, and why God does not help eliminate the evil? Where are the answers to these questions?

First of all, one must believe in reincarnation. One cannot find the answer by looking at the current lifetime. Like a book, one must understand the previous chapters in understanding the current chapter. As cruel as this may sound, the victims of these brutalities may not always be sinless in their previous lives. But before someone loses his temper, let me explain causality. The concept of causality explains what happens in the world every day. Joy or suffering is the result of causality. Good thoughts and actions result in joy, and evil thoughts and actions result in suffering. God usually does not interfere with the law of causality. This is why it seems that God lets evil thrive. The effects of causality may not blossom until the next lives. As cruel as this sounds, we must always suffer the consequences of what we have done; but causality also gives us hope. With our thoughts or actions of today, we can have a joyous future. Even the most evil of people can have a joyous life by changing their minds today.

Everyone will eventually have joy in the world. Yes, even these perverted son of bitches that killed people in France will obtain joy someday. We are all God’s children, and if we can compare the child/parent relationship. No parent would want their children to suffer. So should it be with God, God would want all his children to have joy. But for some like these terrorists, they will unfortunately continue to suffer the cycle of causality of suffering, until they realize that we are all children of God. Who knows what horrible sufferings they will experience in their next lives?

For the victims of these horrific acts, this is not the end. The disaster can be said to be an erasure of bad karma or innen; but it can also lead to opportunities of joy in the future if one had been good in this lifetime. It is said that God sees the thoughts and actions of everyone in the world. Good deeds do not go unnoticed. God only wants his children to experience joy.

We Are All Family

With all the violence and wars in the world, I just wanted to remind my readers that there is a God that is looking after us. These are some verses from the Book of Prophecy (Ofuedsaki)

All of you throughout the world are brothers and sisters.

There should be no one called an outsider. 13-43

That there is no one who knows this origin (of why we are related).

That is the reason for God’s regret. 13-44

Those living in the high mountains and those living in

the low valleys, their souls are all the same. 13-45

Furthermore, the instruments you use daily

are all things lent by God. 13-46

Unaware of this, the thought in the minds of all human beings

is that there are the high and the low. 13-47

By all means, God desires to make the truth of this matter

clearly understood by the whole world. 13-48

If only this is clearly understood,

the root of rebellion will be cut off. 13-50

God sincerely desires only to end the wars

among those on the high mountains. 13-50

By what means can they be ended?

If only you set forth on the Joyous Service (prayer) 13-51

God is reminding us that we are all family. We need to pray to God, to help us spread this message.

The Future Health Care in America

Today, the policy is political correctness. Being right or honest does not matter. One only has to be polite and be pretentious so as not to hurt the feelings of a group or faction. This is noticeable in politics and government. But this deceit goes on in business. In business, greed is rampant. It used to be easy to identify the trickster or swindler. But today, corporations (banks, businesses, etc.) have begun to incorporate this policy of political correctness to gain customers. These corporations pay advertisers and consultants billions of dollars to train their employees in gaining the trust of their customers.

With corporations, the number one priority becomes profit. Customer service and product become secondary. The more customers, the more profit; and the less they spend on their products, the more profit. In an ideal business, more customers would result in more research and greater quality; but when corporate greed swallows a business, the revenue collected from more customers will go into advertisement, consultants and profit to their stock holders.

Unfortunately, corporations are now swallowing up the medical field, whether it is large private companies, or companies claiming to be nonprofit organizations. It used to be a private practitioner could open up a practice and live comfortably treating patients with dignity and care; but today most physicians cannot do this. Large corporations have inundated our communities claiming that their doctors can better treat patient than the private practitioner.

Corporations hire consultants, and even government agencies to prove that their providers are providing the best treatments for their patients. All the paperwork, and policies are scrupulously collected and filed to prove to the public that their facility can serve the public best. But what goes unchallenged is the quality of actual care that their provider performs. Actual performance, like if the procedure succeeded is not examined by any of the peer review committee members in these corporations. In support of the corporations, it would be nearly impossible for them to review the success or failure of each procedure due to the high number of patient each provider is expected to see daily. But the public is unaware of this, and is obscured with the myriads of accreditation of the agency. Millions of dollars are spent by these corporations in hiring agencies and people in gaining favorable reviews by the public, where profit and not care is the primary focus of these corporations. The appearance of a caring and receiving favorable transitory patient satisfaction becomes the goal of the company. This hopefully will bring in more patients to an already saturated schedule.

Where can the patient receive the best care? Where can a health provider provide the best care and also have a good quality of life? These two questions will eventually need to be answered in America.

The Cause of Global Warming

This morning I awoke to the sound of thunder and flash of lightning; as it shook the house, I cowered under my sheets. I imagined the Greek God Zeus throwing his lightning rods toward earth. I then recollected a verse in the Book of Prophecy:

In this world, landslides, thunder, earthquakes,

And great winds are all from the anger of God. 6-91

From a religious prospectus, this may serve as a teaching tool that God is not happy about the actions of mankind. In the Bible, God destroyed the earth because of mankind’s evil behaviors, albeit with the exception of Noah. But can we somehow utilize science and physics in explaining natural catastrophes and also relating it to human behavior. Let us first look at thunder and lightning. They are composed of a plethora of energy derived from many sources. The same can be said of the power of the earthquake. But what is the source of these energies. Can they be from God? Could the Greeks have been correct in their depiction of Zeus? Can God be a body of energy?

Let us look at energy. Our thoughts are fabricated from energies in our brains. These thoughts are often relayed from our minds to other parts of the body by neurons, resulting in actions like walking or talking. But what if negative thoughts like greed and arrogance accumulate in our bodies. Can these negative energies cause mutations, cancer, and illness? How does the body remove these negative energies that can destroy the body? In our cells, we have organelles called the Golgi apparatus that collects and eliminate waste in our cells. Does our body have a system to eliminate negative energy?

Some say that our souls are the nonphysical entity that collects and eliminates our negative energies. In many of the religious books, this nonphysical entity is referred to as the “heart”. It is like the sand in the sewage system that absorbs all the waste. The heart like the Golgi organelle eliminates these damaging energies gradually from our bodies. These negative energies are released into the atmosphere, or the body of God. Could you imagine the daily negative energies released by seven billion people on this earth? Global warming may not be caused by pollution, but caused by human thoughts; something to ponder about?

God’s Anger

The same came be said of the power of the earthquake. But what is the source of these energies. Can they be from God? Could the Greeks have been correct in their depiction of Zeus?

In the Book of Prophecy, it is said that the Universe is the body of God. God also calls himself the Moon/Sun (Tsukihi).

I shall teach you step by step that this world is

the body of God. Ponder, and look at it. 3-40

We can conclude that God is composed of an enormous mass of energy that is generated from the universe.

The true and real God is Tsukihi (sun/moon) 6-51

We know that the moon and sun can affect what occurs on earth, including the weather. This is explained by the energies generated by the sun and moon.

If the universe is the body of God, we are also part of God; more specifically our bodies are part of God. We like God are composed of energy. Our thoughts are composed of energy. Our thoughts are energies that gets converted to actions and released into our surroundings. Walking and talking are examples of the conversion of energy. There are positive and negative energy, corresponding to positive and negative thoughts manufactured in the mind. Stress is negative energy produced by our minds. We know that stress can negatively affect our bodies. But can negative thoughts like greed, arrogance, and self-love accumulate and cause the build up of negative energy in the universe (body of God). We have 7 billion people generating evil thoughts (negative energy) every day. Could it be the evil thoughts and behavior of mankind that generate the energies that produce the natural disasters that we see? Could the naturalist be incorrect in blaming global warming? Were the Greeks correct in their interpretation of angry God throwing lightning rods at the people below? Or is it plausible that the lightning and thunders are not directed to anyone in particular, but a way of releasing God’s anger that are generated by the people below.

A Topic Difficult to Comprehend

In religious literature the words heart and mind is often interchanged. There are phrases like purification of the mind, or the purification of the heart. But are the mind and the heart synonyms? Some believe that the soul is what God calls the heart (not the physical heart). Although science cannot physically locate the soul in our bodies, the soul is said to store the collection of our thoughts and actions. This is like the collection of genes (DNA) that make us who we are. The mind of course gives us the ability to think, and produce good and evil thoughts. The mind is said to be in our control, while the heart/soul is not. Let us go further in explaining the heart or soul.

The heart (unconscious/soul) is initially pure. Our minds sometimes produce evil (greed, arrogance, and self love) thoughts. These evil thoughts are trapped by the pure heart/soul, like the sands in the filtration system of the sewer system. The heart/soul unconsciously tells the mind that these thoughts are not appropriate, and no evil action is taken by the conscious mind. But as our minds are continually tempted by the world, the mind produces more evil thoughts. The heart (unconscious/soul) continues to absorb these evils, but becomes increasingly encapsulated by these dusts. The heart/unconscious/soul becomes cloudy due to the dusts surrounding it and becomes less effective in controlling the mind. The mind then convinces us that these evil thoughts are normal, and we carry out these thoughts, resulting in the suffering of mankind.

The question arises, how do we remove evil from man’s heart? How do we remove the evil dusts that surround our souls? How do we free our unconscious from the evils that surround it? How do we take back control of our minds that cause the world to suffer? God???

We Are Not Animals

Animals depend on their innate instincts for survival. These instincts, or traits are similar to greed, arrogance, and self love. These instincts provide each species the ability to survive. You will never see one species befriending another species in nature. In nature, an animal because of these traits will attack and kill an animal from another species. It becomes the survival of the fittest. In this type of existence, life is short, full of danger and suffering. Selfishness is required for the species to survive. The weak often die out and become extinct. These traits serve a purpose.

But man does not have to be like an animal. We have the unique ability to reason. We can reason to share our earthly possessions. When we accumulate the dust of greed, arrogance, and self-love, we tend to separate our connection with God, and think or behave from the perspective of the self, like the animal. When this occurs, we see deceit, robbery, violence, killings and other transgressions against mankind. We become like an animal in nature.

In the Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki), God warns us that if we accumulate too much debt, we may be reborn as oxen and horses in our next lives. Debt refers to the accumulation of excess greed, arrogance, and self-love.

If you let your debts pile up,

a path of oxen and horses will finally appear. 8-54

It is befitting that one’s soul returns to a mind that relies on instinct (greed, arrogance, and self love) for its survival.

Summary of the Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki)

God created mankind to live a joyous life.

The reason God began human beings

was the desire to see you lead a joyous life. 14-25

God announced this truth at a preordained time (1838) and place (where mankind was created), and communicated thru the parent (Miki Nakayama) of mankind by the 1,711 verses of the Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki).

Whatever I may say or write by the tip of my brush,

it is none other than directions from the mind of God.  6-68

Looking all over the world and through all ages,

I find no one who has understood my heart. 1-1

Good thoughts and action causes joy, and evil (greed, arrogance, and self love) thoughts and actions causes sufferings in the future. This is the principle of “Cause and Effect”.

These paths of the mistaken mind (evil) causes suffering and create an unhappy world. These paths are called dusts.

These paths are miserliness, covetousness, self love,

greed and arrogance. They are the dusts. 3-96

Note: some believe that anger, hate, and grudge bearing are also included in the mistaken mind and are included in other records but are not mentioned in the verses of the Tip of the Writing Brush.

Instead of the Joyous world, God saw suffering caused by our selfish actions (law of Cause and Effect)

Until now, no matter what path you may have been on,

I kept still because the day had not yet come. 6-24

To God, everyone is a child of mine.

I am filled with love for you. 8-60

But the innermost heart of everyone of you

is covered with piles of dust.8-61

Though until now God has never come out into the open

no matter what occurred. 8-66

Until now, as the day has not yet come,

I have been keeping still on whatever matters. 15-44

There can be no help for what you have done self-centeredly.

I can only look on caringly.16-32

Whatever may happen, bear no grudge,

it is what each of you has done to yourself.17-60

As God saw the suffering of mankind due to the paths of the mistaken mind (dusts), God wanted us to understand causality (innen, Karma). God wanted to help us realize the relationship between cause and effect. Good thoughts and action cause joy in the future; evil thoughts and actions cause suffering in the future. What would be the best way to make people aware of causality?

God has given us a special prayer (Joyous Service)  that  brings people to our churches. By acceptance of our sincere prayer, God enters others, and shortens the time lapse between cause and effect.  This results in a temporary illness in people who have dust (greed, arrogance, and self love). They come to our churches and seek to be healed.

This time, I shall make your future known in this life time.

Look at the disorder of the body. 5-2

This time, bodily disorders will appear here and there.

Know that it is the care being given by God. 8-81

Little by little, I will teach the service (prayer). This preparation for salvation

I will sweep clean everyone’s inner most hearts. 7-95

This path I will teach quickly. By this Service,

all minds will be purified. 7-99

This dust is difficult to sweep away.

I shall make everything in the mind of each of you

clearly manifest on your body. 12-171

Whoever you may be, when this is seen

the cleansing of the heart will be truly accomplished of itself.12-172

But if you only begin the Service (prayer). 13-22

If only your minds (prayers) are truly accepted by God,

I shall sweep away any dust whatever. 13-23

Whatever is done is done by God.

Whatever happens, know that it is not an illness. 14-20

To explain how this regret will be cleared away.

Solely by the Service (prayer), everything will be revealed. 15-85

As these people come into our lives with disorders or illnesses (effect), God grants us the prayer to heal people (sazuke) as a way to inform and introduce people to this path that will lead to a joyous world.

These people, who are brought into this broad path by their recent disorders (effect), ponder and sweep evils from their hearts. They then lean on God and pray for world salvation. God accepts their sincere prayer, heals them and brings more people onto this path leading to a joyous world. With this cycle, eventually the whole world is praying for world salvation.

But without understanding what is occurring, sometimes people cannot comprehend God’s intentions. We who have faith must tell people how God will guide them.

Today, you must explain my talks to others

in detail step by step. The time has at last come. 14-65

There will be no understanding about anything

unless you tell them. Tell them everything, all in detail. 14-66

Perhaps you do not know what this talk is about.

Tell them all about the workings of God. 14-67

Perhaps you do not know what my workings are.

I shall make all minds in the world be revealed (disorder to the body or blessings). 14-68

This talk, I do not indicate anyone or place.

I shall give notices through bodily disorders. 16-40

God does not force guidance on anyone. If Gods workings (blessings) are not understood or ignored, God withdraws from the individual; and lets the paths of the mistaken mind continue.

I do not force you to come along if you do not wish to,

but if you should, you will be good forever. 3-6

If you erase the words of God,

I shall withdraw at once. Beware! 13-14

As God persuades you to such a degree,

if your mind is in error, I shall withdraw at once.13-70

With the purification of all mankind, God promises us the Central Pillar (Kanrodai). The establishment of the Central Pillar will bring forth great blessings to the world (the joyous life).

As proof of my beginning of human beings,

I shall put the Central Pillar into place.17-9

If only this Pillar comes to completion,

there will be nothing that cannot be realized. 17-10

Until then, the hearts of everyone throughout the world

must be swept clean.17-11

The Central Pillar symbolizes the proof of the origin of mankind. This concrete structure is constructed on the site of the original beginning of mankind. This site is where our prayers are directed toward, and reflected toward God. With the completion of the Pillar, God promises us a joyous world of great blessings.

If only this (Pillar) is completed,

there will be no failure in the monthly service prayer. 10-33

If there are no failures in the service prayer,

the gift of heaven also will be given without failure. (Joyous life). 10-34

How to Find Joy?/revised

How do we find joy in this world? It is obvious that power or money does not deliver us lasting joy. We read tragedies and misfortunes about the rich and famous. Can alcohol or drugs produce joy? We see the results of the consumption of these illicit and legal drugs; more despair and suffering. In America, the most written drugs are for depression. But these drugs are not long lasting, and cause only temporary relief. Where else do we seek to find happiness.  In the Book of Prophecy (Ofudesaki), God gives us instructions on how to gain lasting joy.

God promises us that if we remove arrogance, greed, and self-love from our hearts, we will be assured of joy by the principle of cause and effect. But he also tells us that true joy is shared joy.  God has given us a special prayer, the Joyous Service to share God’s truths.

The Joyous Service is a special prayer. It is not a prayer that benefits us directly. It is a prayer for others. Imagine praying for the happiness of others? With this sincere prayer from our hearts, we are asking God to help sweep arrogance, greed, and self-love from the minds of others. When God accepts our mind, he guides them to us (our churches), so we can teach them how to avoid evil (greed, arrogance, and self love), and also teach them our prayer. The spreading of this prayer will result in the salvation of all mankind.

Imagine a world without greed, arrogance, and self-love. Imagine not locking your doors, imagine no wars, imagine no disease or illness, and imagine only joy. God and all mankind will be spirited. This is True Joy.
